Terms for Ziglar training courses 

Ziglar Australia Pty Ltd (Ziglar) will provide the Training in accordance with its usual professional standards and grants to the client a non-assignable, royalty free, non-exclusive license to use the training materials and the information disclosed therein for private study purposes. However, Ziglar will retain copyright in any training materials and intellectual property rights and ownership in any information disclosed in the Training Materials.

Ziglar excludes all terms, conditions and warranties implied by custom, the general law or statute except any implied condition or warranty the exclusion of which would contravene any statute or cause any part of this Agreement to be void (‘No excludable Condition’). Ziglar limits its liability to the client for breach of any No excludable Condition, at Ziglar’s option, to Ziglar re-performing Training or refunding payments made under this Agreement. The client undertakes the training at his or her own risk and no warranties are made about content or outcomes for the Trainee in undertaking the course.

This Agreement will end when Ziglar completes the training, however, vested rights continue and those clauses capable of continuing continue. 

If any part of this Agreement is illegal or unenforceable, it will be severed from this Agreement and will not affect the continued operation of the remaining provisions. 

Cancellations and Transfers: One workshop date reschedule permitted at no charge if made prior to 15 working days from a course start date. 

100% refund for cancellations received more than 21 working days of a course start date. 

50% refund for cancellations received 15-21 working days (inclusive) prior to the course start date•  

Regrettably, no refunds for cancellations within 0-14 working days (inclusive) of the course start date. 

Ziglar reserves the right to amend or change the dates of it’s courses with a minimum notice of 5 working days before the course start date.

Payment: Payment is due within 7 days of invoice or within 5 working days prior to the undertaking for the first training engagement with the client unless otherwise arranged. Late payment incurs a 5 % administration fee.

Ziglar Australia Pty Ltd or its representatives, reserves the right to actively pursue collection of outstanding amounts, and costs, if any, will be passed on to the account of the customer. When debts are passed to a debt collection agency all relative information will be passed to the collection agency pursuant to the privacy act requirements.
